Every ClipStage film is labelled as AI-generated: with an invisible watermark in picture and sound and with a signed proof of origin (C2PA) in the file. Here you can check a video or audio file for it — without signing in and free of charge. The file is only used for the check and deleted immediately afterwards.

How we label
Watermark in the picture: Video Seal 1.0 (Meta, open) · in the sound: AudioSeal (Meta, open) · proof of origin: C2PA, signed by “ClipStage KI-Kennzeichnung” (Star Media GmbH), with a timestamp. You can also read the proof of origin with any C2PA tool, for example at contentcredentials.org/verify. The basis is Art. 50 of the EU AI Act and the European Commission's code of practice on labelling AI-generated content.
