You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Star Media GmbH, Nottebohmweg 18, 59494 Soest, Germany, email: info@clipstage.tv) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. This concerns the “My Avatar” subscription.

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract. At ClipStage, each test video and the finished film is a separate contract. Production begins directly after payment. You give your consent before each purchase in the app, even if you pay with one click using your stored payment method; you receive the confirmation of the contract including your consent by email after each purchase. The same applies to the avatar package, where offered.

The right of withdrawal is only available to consumers (§ 13 BGB (German Civil Code)), i.e. natural persons who enter into the contract for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. Companies, associations and other organisations have no statutory right of withdrawal.
